We invite you to join us for our Mother's Day Brunch, featuring an a la carte menu of our brunch favorites and Mother's Day specials. Reservations still remain, especially in the early afternoon. Please call 206.323.0807 to check our current availability.
If the crowds at brunch are a little much, consider celebrating the Month for Mamma with us at dinner on Sunday. Live music with Piper and Park Olson from 6:30pm to 9pm will accompany our new spring dinner menu. Groups of four and under may use our online reservation system.
Celebrate our new kitchen and bar
We are proud to be entering our 18th year of business in the Eastlake neighborhood, and owner Susan Kaufman's birthday present for the restaurant this year was a fabulous new kitchen and bar.
After a two and a half week closure, the major makeover is finally complete. We were very careful to keep the same cozy and romantic ambience that Serafina is known for, while managing to create a beautiful new bar with a bit more space and a kitchen finally designed to accommodate our volume of business.
The new kitchen will have room to create more of our artisanal products, such as Nonna Naty’s delicious pasta and world famous ravioli, pastry chef Mei-i’s stunning desserts, and chef Dylan’s salumi.
Please celebrate our re-opening with us, and sample our new spring menu. This menu really embraces all of the wonderful local, organic products available to us. Feel free to ask one of the hosts for a peek at the new kitchen, and we'll see you soon.
Owner Susan Kaufman would like to
tour Italy with you!
For years Serafina guests have asked Susan to take them on one of her trips to Italy. Because of the many relationships she has built over the years, she is able to taste food and wine and see Italy through a very personal lens.
This fall 2008, you have an opportunity to take that trip. Susan will be co-hosting an extraordinary culinary tour of Southern Italy with her pal Nicole Aloni, an accomplished local cookbook author and chef. The organizer of this trip is Matthew Brumley from Earthbound Expeditions.
This will not be your everyday tour. You will have the opportunity to experience the people, the food and the wines of Italy in a way that most tourists cannot.
